Home Updates

So Michael and I have been working super hard on the house, and its starting to finally come together! We still need to finish the baseboards. They are pretty much done, I just have to paint the wall down to them. In my last post you can see some of the base boards in the Bird of Paradise pic, they are done, just need to re-paint the wall.(erg.) Other than that, its sooo nice to be sitting on the couch, watching TV and then glance at my really nice baseboards.(I don't know why, but they make such a difference! I'm soo glad we did them.)

We FINALLY painted our bedroom. Not only did we re-paint it, but Michael put in Crown Molding and new Baseboards. It was a lot to do in two days but, its done. (I will post pictures when I'm done re-organizing)

Michael built and hung up our Ikea Expedit with a little help from Crissy.

Our Ping Pong room is on its way!

He also put up all of our shelves. Here is the shelves in our family room.

I'm not done with this wall yet. I will keep you posted tho...
(notice the green blanket on the couch in the middle of summer in Vegas... Swamp-cooler keeps me freezing!)

Then I came home to this!

Michael installed that window ledge above the sink. LOVE IT!

Michael also installed Wainscoting in the downstairs bathroom and in our master bathroom. It looks great, but I still need to paint it.(painting haunts me.)(ugh.) I will post pics soon.

Anyways, we finished a lot, but we still have a lot to do. Now that we are back from Va-cay, I gotta get back to painting.............................................................................................
